Learning to be a GREAT wife!!

So most of my family and friends know I absolutely LOVE to cook.

 

heh

 

Just because I love it though doesn't mean I am very good at it.

 

Luckily for me I have a garburator for a husband and he never has anything negative to say about anything I feed him.

 

(such a softie ;) )

 

As well as loving to cook, I am also a garlic lover. Like I am talking entire bundles of garlic, Love it.

 

Soooo tonight I took it upon myself to cook this 'extreme garlic chicken breast' that I found online

I cooked it with the pan waaaay to hot, so all of my garlic burnt into crisps of death and stuck to the chicken which was only cooked on the very edge and completely raw everywhere else.

 

needless to say didn't turn out to be the best meal I've ever had, but I am DETERMINED to be better... eventually.
